Why is it wrong to murder?

Why is it wrong to murder? Besides morality, I don’t see a reason it’s wrong.

Because you would not like it if someone murdered you.

James 2:8 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:

The Royal Law is natural and is enforce at life. You do not need anyone to tell you what you do not like, what you do not want done to you. Hence, all mankind stands guilty as we all have done unto others what we would not have liked done to us.

Would you like:

  • to be murdered,
  • stolen from,
  • be assaulted,
  • being lied about,
  • being cut off on the highway,
  • having someone flip you the bird,

It does not matter how big or small if you do something to someone you would not want done to you then you stand guilty before nature and nature's God.
